ShotStrong Terms of Use

By using ShotStrong you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

1. ShotStrong is not medical advice

ShotStrong is an informational and organizational tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The app never suggests, computes, or adjusts medication doses. Shot logging exists solely to help you follow the plan your prescriber wrote. We remind — your doctor advises.
Protein estimates from photos are estimates by design, with honest ranges. They can be wrong, especially for mixed or hidden ingredients.
Weekly verdicts are banded trends over smoothed data, not clinical determinations. A "talk to your doctor" band is an invitation to a conversation, never a diagnosis.
The doctor report summarizes your own entered data for discussion with your clinician. Its accuracy depends on what you record.
Always talk to your clinician before changing anything about your medication, diet, or exercise. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Your content and data

Your records belong to you. They live on your device and (optionally) your private iCloud; the Privacy Policy explains the details. You can export everything, anytime, from Settings.

3. Subscriptions

Plans: monthly, yearly (with a 7-day free trial), and a reduced maintenance plan that preserves your data, regain guard, and restart archive while you pause.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store subscription settings. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends; cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Prices may change for new periods; you'll always see the price before it applies.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial health tracking. Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse the scan service; fair-use limits (150 scans per month) exist to keep it fast and affordable for everyone.

5. Warranty and liability

ShotStrong is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DolphyTech disclaims all warranties and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the app's estimates, verdicts, or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
